UK hotel company De Vere has launched two new products that
offer real-time meetings and events bookings and remote working spaces at its
venues.
Cloud-based platform Smart Booker is now available at a
number of the company¡¯s properties after initially launching at De Vere Grand
Connaught Rooms in London in May 2021. The tool allows planners to see
real-time room availability across several properties; search, filter and book
event spaces in one process; and book meetings on the go with mobile optimisation.
Meanwhile, Smart Base allows users to select a flexible
working space in their preferred location at a time that suits their working patterns.
Available to book via Smart Booker, De Vere said the tool is ideal for those
who normally work from home but want a change of scenery or for employers
looking for a location to use as a co-working space. Bookers have the option to
add snacks, a grab and go lunch, or a working lunch. Guests will receive
unlimited refreshments and superfast wifi.
The new services are available across most of De Vere¡¯s
portfolio of estates and mansion houses, including Latimer Estate in
Buckinghamshire and Tortworth Court near
Bristol, among others. The services are not currently available at Cranage
Estate, Selsdon Estate, East Midlands Conference Centre, or Orchard Hotel.
Alan Corlett, chief commercial officer at De Vere,
commented: ¡°We understand business priorities have changed over the last year,
so we are delighted to launch two new products which have been designed with
flexibility in mind.¡±
