FCM Meetings & Events launched the new initiative at BTN Group*s annual Strategic Meetings Summit in London on Monday (29 September).
The TMC said that the SMM platform was designed to meet the needs of clients on different stages of their SMM journeys, including organisations who are just starting to manage meetings in a structured way to those companies who want to scale up globally.
Simone Seiler, global general manager of FCM M&E, explained: ※Our new offering is unparalleled in its scalability and structure. The framework is based on the principles of clarity, consistency, differentiation, focus and scalability.
※Equipped with the essentials needed for effective meetings management, the solution has visibility, compliance, operational grip, cost control, stakeholder engagement and strategic insights.§
The new programme features three solutions for clients at different stages of SMM development: Meetings Essentials, Meetings Enablement and Meetings Intelligence.
Meetings Essentials is a ※foundational offering§, including designated account management, strategic onboarding sessions, venue finding tools and standardised reporting dashboards.
Meanwhile, Meetings Enablement is designed for organisations whose SMM programmes are ※maturing§. It offers centralised operations, formalised supplier strategies and enhanced stakeholder engagement.
Finally, Meetings Intelligence provides increased optimisation and benchmarking to enhance performance and decision-making within the meetings programme.
