Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has appointed Chris Jenkin as director of client success, a newly created role for its EMEA operations. ?
Based in the UK, Jenkin has 17 years*
experience in the business travel industry and joins the TMC from Reed & Mackay,
where he served as UK sales director. Prior to that, he*s held various commercial
roles at British Airways, Avis and Eurostar.
In his new role, Jenkin will oversee the "the end-to-end customer journey", from onboarding through to engagement, renewals and growth, the TMC said. ?

on the appointment, CTM general manager Stuart Birkin said: ※Chris will be
working closely with CTM*s account management teams to ensure our clients experience consistent 每 and maximum 每 value at every stage of their
relationship with us. He is a great addition to our team; a proactive partner
for our clients who is always looking for ways to optimise their travel
programmes, whether that*s through innovation, efficiencies or new opportunities

CTM is currently ranked as the?seventh largest TMC by European business travel sales, according to BTN Europe*s Leading TMCs 2025 report. The Australia-headquartered company recently reported financial accounting errors in its European operations and, since August, has ceased trading on the Australian Stock Exchange. Its FY25 earnings report is expected to be released in November. ?
