The French hospitality giant said a ※pre-launch§ version of platform will be available in late 2025, with initial functionality for sales teams connected to Salesforce and only for small group bookings.
The fully-fledged site will be rolled out in early 2026 and will directly connect to an inventory of more than 800,000 guest rooms and 2.5 million sqm of event space as well as to link to Accor*s ALL Accor loyalty programme, the company said.
The meetings and events ※ecosystem§ is being developed with several technology partners and will use online reservation system MeetingPackage as its ※backbone§, connecting Accor*s website to regional sales and catering tools. This includes Backyou in Europe and North Africa, iVvy for small and medium hotels in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, and Amadeus* Delphi for premium and luxury hotels.
The platform will also integrate Oracle*s Opera cloud property management system to unify Accor's hotel departments and present three booking and event management options: &Premium* for luxury hotels as well as large meetings and events properties; &Standard* for small and medium hotels; and &Essential* for hotels that only manage group accommodation bookings.
※We are fortunate to collaborate with best-in-class technology providers who are helping us create a seamless and efficient user experience,§ Accor chief sales and revenue officer, Julien Houdebine, said. ※Through this new digital meetings and events ecosystem, Accor*s entire event inventory will become more visible, accessible and appealing.§
The development comes after Accor reported steady but &softer* corporate demand in the year*s first quarter off the back of double-digit revenue growth from large corporates in 2024. It also follows a similar move by rival Marriott which, last July, launched its direct booking Business Access platform for SMEs built on a Spotnana technology stack.
