ATPCO has developed a new "reassurance" metric to
provide information on safety and flexibility at booking during the Covid-19
pandemic. The Reassurance Universal Product Attribute, developed by a crisis
team at ATPCO, provides information on health-related measures that airlines
are taking 每 cabin cleaning, food service hygiene and health screenings
underway, for example 每 along with booking flexibility, which can be integrated
for viewing at booking in both direct and indirect channels. The UPAs have been
created for nearly 90 airlines, and ATPCO is working with other airlines, even
those without paid subscriptions, to tailor them further.
