London Stansted has been boosted by the introduction of new routes to Rotterdam and the Algerian capital Algiers.

Transavia, which is part of the Air France-KLM Group, has started flights between Stansted and Rotterdam, the second largest city in the Netherlands.
Flights operate on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, with an additional weekly service on Tuesday during the peak summer months.
Air Alg¨¦rie has also just started its first flights from Stansted with a route to Algiers operating four times per week on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
The North African airline is using Boeing 737 aircraft on the route with both economy and business class seats.

¡°This new route provides more choice and value for passengers while strengthening ties between London and Algiers.¡±
Another North African carrier, Royal Air Maroc is due to introduce a new route linking Stansted with its Casablanca hub from 24 June.
