27 February 1430:? Been there, done that, what*s next? 每 Find new savings for a mature
travel programme
BTiQ: What*s
keeping you awake at night?
Lehle: Currently,
it is the Corona Virus and continuing with the setup to automate A1 certificate
and the posted Workers?EU Regulation? No 995/2010, as well as integrate
a compliance monitor as well as additional features as for parking, ground
transportation such as e-scooter, ride-sharing solutions and apartment.
Why is
that?
It is all
about digitalisation and to avoid manual intervention and to guide our travellers
through the process to prevent travellers from having to think of all the
necessary points themselves.
What is
the most important thing you do to look after your travellers' wellbeing?
Travellers
need to focus on their work instead of complex travel and expense processes,
therefore, they should be enabled to book, travel and claim expenses with as little
effort as possible and give them the information needed at that the right point
and right time.
Is it
possible to have an ethical travel programme?
Sure, why
not? In addition, it is up to each individual to decide how sustainable and
ethical travel is, the travel policy should just give the framework for
decision-making.
Should air
miles be banned for encouraging unnecessary travel??
In
general, consideration should be given to whether travel can be avoided or to
use other media (web sessions, virtual meetings, virtual lenses etc.).
What's the
best thing about travelling on business?
Meeting colleagues
in person to improve our understanding of each other, work with other cultures,
ways of thinking and approaches to broaden one's own horizons and reflect on
oneself again and again. It does not always mean that your own way of thinking
and approach is the right one.
And what's
the worst??
All the
waiting times: security control, baggage reclaim, check-in, etc.
