Split ticketing allows users to find savings by booking each leg of a UK rail journey separately, instead of buying an often more expensive return fare.
Evolvi said that half of its customer base of TMCs was now using this solution, with savings in the last quarter exceeding the ?5.7 million saved during the second half of 2024.
Split ticketing is currently available on 29 per cent of UK rail trips booked through the Evolvi platform, with the largest saving on a single booking coming in at ?1,227.80.
Darren Williams, Evolvi¡¯s managing director at Evolvi, added: "Innovations like split ticketing empower TMCs and their customers to make the most of their budgets while reinforcing rail as a cost-effective and productive travel solution."
Evolvi is also preparing to roll out seat map functionality, as well as launching international rail content for the first time - a service which is currently being tested by two customers.
The company, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, changed ownership two years ago as part of Clarity Travel Management¡¯s acquisition of Agiito.
