HQ, which launched the product at Business Travel Show Europe in London this week, said that REN (Ride & Expense Navigator) was an AI-based assistant built into its SummitGround platform.
The company said that REN¡¯s capabilities include natural conversation and voice-enabled functionality, allowing travellers to book or change rides by speaking.
HQ added that the platform also delivers ¡°real-time travel intelligence¡± when booking, including information on airport traffic, industrial action and local events that could impact the journey.
Other features include providing recommendations for the best ride options based on company policy, personal preferences and booking history, as well as price guarantees and instant payment support.
REN also has a built-in finance assistant that can review invoices for accuracy, anomalies and policy compliance, while travel managers can ¡°chat with their data¡± to ask queries in a conversational format.
Another feature uses local expertise and company policy to help ¡°navigate evolving travel risks¡±, including tailored alerts and recommendations to keep travellers informed and secure.
Amiad Solomon, HQ¡¯s CEO, added: ¡°It empowers businesses to move smarter by automating the most complex and time-consuming tasks, and by delivering instant access to the insights and information that would otherwise take hours, or longer, to uncover.
¡°At the same time, REN creates a safer, more seamless experience for employees on the ground.¡±
