The Miles Consultancy, which owns Mobility IQ, said that enabling the new mode allowed arrangers to book rides on a desktop with the details then ¡°instantly¡± appearing in the traveller¡¯s mobile app, including live trip-tracking, vehicle details and rail e-ticket access.
Stuart Donnelly, president of mobility at The Miles Consultancy, called the introduction of the new feature a ¡°transformational shift¡±.
¡°Mobility IQ connects the booker and the traveller in real time,¡± he said. ¡°Bookings made by traveller arrangers flow directly into the app, giving executives all the live trip detail they need without any friction.¡±
In a statement, the company added that the new travel arranger mode ¡°significantly strengthens duty of care, enabling organisations to ensure their executives are fully supported and visible while on the move¡±.
The mode is now available across Mobility IQ¡¯s web and mobile applications.
