Clarity launches new entertainment and media division

Clarity launches new entertainment and media division — Clarity Entertainment & Media will be led by Lucy Goldston and James Langton

Travel management company Clarity has unveiled plans for a new specialist division catering for the entertainment and media industries.

Clarity Entertainment & Media, which launches on 27 February, will offer global travel management for clients in sectors such as TV, media, production, music, artist touring, fashion and the arts.

The TMC has appointed James Langton as director of sales and account management and Lucy Goldston as director of operations to lead the new London-based operation.

Both Langton and Goldston previously worked for Corporate Traveller��s Stage, Screen & Sports division before joining Clarity.

Donna Fitzgerald, executive director at Clarity, said: ��We are delighted to enhance our service offering with the launch of Clarity Entertainment & Media. This is a dynamic strategic addition to our business, which complements our existing specialist propositions, and where we see significant opportunities for growth.

��We have invested in a team of creative industry travel experts with unparalleled expertise who are passionate about ensuring every detail of every trip is seamless.��

The new division has already been confirmed as official travel partner to Wildscreen, a conservation charity which holds the biennial Wildscreen Festival, a global event for the international wildlife film and TV industry which attracts more than 2,000 delegates from around the world.

Lucie Muir, CEO of Wildscreen, said: ��We look forward to collaborating with this team of specialists who have a proven track record in handling the complex requirements of the international wildlife film and TV industry.

��As we grow our international events programme and our global community of storytellers, we are also keen to work alongside them to help monitor and reduce the environmental impact of travel for everyone involved in our events, in line with our sustainability goals as an organisation.��
