The service, known as Business Visas, promises to make compliance ¡°faster, safer and easier to manage¡± by automating eligibility checks, monitoring updates to global travel rules and providing real-time tracking.
Built into Deel¡¯s platform and powered by WorkFlex, the new service allows users in more than 150 countries to manage both business transient and long-term relocation travel via a single system.
The move follows the recent introduction of the UK¡¯s?Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) and comes ahead of the EU¡¯s 2026 rollout of its own?European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS).
According to the companies, every application made via the platform is reviewed by experts, with eligibility checks automated and quotes delivered ¡°instantly¡±, promising to deliver compliance at scale.
Mobility managers and HR teams can track ¡°dozens or even hundreds¡± of travellers via the platform, while independent travellers such as freelancers and consultants can manage compliance without a dedicated legal team, the companies said.
Deel also plans to grow its in-house immigration services after obtaining its first independent license in the UAE, with additional countries to follow.
