French travel agency group Marietton D¨¦veloppement, owner of Havas Voyages and Ailleurs Business, has acquired tech-focused travel management company Supertripper to further strengthen its position in France.

The Lyon-based company said that Supertripper would join its existing business travel brands Havas Voyages and Ailleurs Business, which are respectively the fourth and fifth largest TMCs in France, according to the list of Europe¡¯s Leading TMCs 2025. Supertripper was ranked in 16th position in France.
¡°Together, they will make it possible to cover 100 per cent of customers' needs and expectations in the future: proximity and human support, service excellence and next-generation digital solutions,¡± said Marietton in a statement.
Supertripper¡¯s founder and CEO Maxime Pialat will continue to retain responsibility for the brand, as well as joining Marietton¡¯s board of directors. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been revealed.

Marietton acquired another French TMC Bleu Voyages in 2023, which was then consolidated under the Ailleurs Business brand.
