UK-based ISON Travel has acquired entertainment specialist travel management company Screen & Music Travel.

Screen & Music Travel, based in Berkshire, near London Heathrow airport, has been operating since 1993 and offers ¡°bespoke¡± services to UK-based TV and film production companies.

It is the second acquisition for ISON this year after the TMC snapped up US-based Global Excellence Inc during the summer. Financial terms of ISON¡¯s deal to buy Screen & Music Travel have not been revealed.

Helen Cannon, who founded ISON in 2013, said: ¡°We are looking to build on and expand our presence in the entertainment space. We have long admired Screen & Music¡¯s reputation in this sector and this acquisition will enable us to enhance our services and extend our reach.

Following the acquisition, Screen & Music Travel will continue trading ¡°under its well-established company name¡±.

ISON Travel was ranked as the 29^th largest TMC in the UK in the list of Europe¡¯s Leading TMCs 2024, while Screen & Music Travel was in 49^th place.
