Nina Herold
TMC group Navan has announced that Reed & Mackay¡¯s CEO Fred Stratford is to retire from his role with Nina Herold taking over later this year.
Navan, which acquired UK-based Reed & Mackay in 2021, said that Herold, who was formerly Navan¡¯s chief operating officer, will take over from Stratford as Reed & Mackay¡¯s CEO from 1 October 2025.
In a statement, Navan said that Stratford would be retiring after 13 years with Reed & Mackay in the autumn. It added that to ¡°ensure a seamless transition¡±, Herold would join Reed & Mackay in August before formerly taking over as CEO in October.

California-based Herold first joined Navan, then known as TripActions, in 2018 and before joining the nascent TMC had spent nearly four years working for ground transport specialist Uber. She will relocate to London to take up her new role as CEO of Reed & Mackay.?

Stratford said in a statement that he was ¡°incredibly proud of everything we have achieved at Reed & Mackay¡±.

Navan said Ofer Ben-David will continue to serve as Navan¡¯s chief operating officer following the changes at Reed & Mackay. Ben-David assumed responsibilities for this role in October 2024.
