The 78-room hotel will open in early 2028 following the redevelopment of a former office building in the city¡¯s Davidshall district and will form part of IHG¡¯s premium segment portfolio.
The property will feature the brand¡¯s ¡®lean luxury¡¯ design, with ¡°highly visible¡± public areas on the ground floor and the existing Brogatan restaurant, which will continue to operate separately within the building.
The hotel is within walking distance to Malm?¡¯s Central Station, while Copenhagen Airport is 26 minutes away by train.
