A new ibis Styles at Poland*s Katowice Airport is slated to open in June with 75 rooms, a restaurant, bar and fitness centre all located within the city's international airport.
A newly built ibis Styles will also open at Hungary*s Debrecen International Airport this summer. The hotel will offer 72 rooms and 16 apartments, a restaurant, bar and meeting facilities for up to 25 people.
Also expected to open in June, the ibis?budget?Madrid Albasanz will feature 99 rooms located within ※a few minutes§ from the city centre and a 10-minute drive from Madrid*s international airport. This follows the May opening of the ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas, which houses 260 rooms, a restaurant, 24-hour snack bar and rooftop pool.
The brand has also recently expanded in Germany, with the opening of sister hotels ibis and ibis?budget?Berlin Airport, each with 114 rooms. The 97-room ibis Styles Neckarsulm also opened in Q2, located some 60km north of Stuttgart.
Additionally, ibis Styles debuted in Estonia in May following an ※extensive§ renovation of the former L*Ermitage Hotel Tallinn. Situated close to the city*s old town, the?ibis Styles Tallinn?includes 122 rooms and meeting space for up to 70 people.
In the UK, the 110-room ibis Styles York Centre has opened following a full refurbishment of the former Ibis York Centre at The Mount.
Two new ibis-branded properties have also opened in Belgium 每 the 91-room ibis Styles in Hasselt and the?ibis?budget?Arlon Porte du Luxembourg, which has 70 rooms.
